Pure Vermont Maple cream. Maple cream is made by heating syrup above it's boiling point and cooling it rapidly to about 50 deg F. It is then stirred into a creamy consistency and packaged. Maple cream has several uses. It can be used as a spread on muffins, toast, donuts or almost anything. It can also be used a glaze. Maple cream has a light maple flavor as the lighter grades of syrup are used to produce it.
