The 2008 season has ended. Although the crop is down slightly, the quality is excellent. Due to the short season I did not make any Grade "B" syrup and do not have any for sale at this time. If I can find some that meets my liking I will post it in the news section. I also have a limited amount of Dark amber syrup, as we ended the year about the time when I usually make the darker syrups. I you have a desire for the dark syrup please email or call me to check on availability. Hopefully next year we will have a slightly better ratio of of dark syrup production to light syrup. In Remembrance (November 22)
It has been a tough year emotionally for my wife and I. We both lost relatives to cancer this year. Marla lost her Father to Leukemia in March, who did fight the disease for better than two years. It is with much sadness that we saw him go. Paul you will be missed.
My uncle Bob also passed on from liver cancer this past February. Bob had been like a father to me through the years, he was easy going and showed me many things which have helped me in my life.
Paul and Bob, I hope you are in heaven and smiling now. We will miss you, God Bless
