Thank you for stopping by to visit our Vermont maple syrup web site. We tap approximately 2200 Northeast Kingdom maple trees each spring to produce our beautiful Award winning delicious pure Vermont maple syrup.
While we produce a little of each maple syrup grade (fancy, grade "A" medium amber, grade "A" dark amber, and grade "B"), we prefer our grade "A" medium and dark amber Vermont maple syrups.
The bulk of our normal crop is fancy and medium and dark amber. Our Vermont maple syrup has an exceptional taste.
Our syrup is produced without the aid of Reverse osmosis equipment. I believe that most users of RO machines tend to over concentrate the sap, thus allowing it to not be boiled long enough to develop it true taste and color. Although no scientific studies have proven or disproven this. We also do not use any artificial ingredients, nor do we repack other producers syrup. We have complete control over the taste of the final product, and are very proud of it.
